1. How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Mad About Patchwork. Points are automatically added to your account when you make a purchase. We give points on fabric, notions, classes even sewing machines. Yup Sale fabric gets loyalty points too. The only thing that doesn't get points is the purchase of a gift card, the gift card holder gets loyalty points when then spend their gift card.
2. How do I check my points balance?
Log into your Mad About Patchwork account (a pink pop up window in the lower right hand corner of the main page) and navigate to the "Loyalty Program" section. Your points balance will be displayed there.
3. What rewards can I redeem with my points?

Yes, as we check you out, we often look to see if you have points to use, if we fail to do so, just inquire and we can let you know your current balance.
6. Can I combine rewards or use them with other discounts?
Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other coupon codes or discounts. Only one coupon code can be applied per purchase.
7. Do points expire?
Points may expire if your account has been inactive for an extended period. Check your account details for the expiration policy.
8. Can I use points for shipping?
No, points can only be redeemed for product discounts and cannot be applied toward shipping costs.
9. What happens if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account. If you used points for the purchase, they will be refunded to your account.
