From the rules:

"Each project must contain a minimum of 15 fabrics from either one of the 'Anything But Basic' bundles (Bright or Terra Cotta)

Other than the 'Anything But Basic' Bundle the project must only contain basics from TrendTex (Moda, Hoffman California, Benartex, RJR, Poppie Cotton, Michael Miller, Stof or Lewis & Irene)
